It gives me great pleasure to inform you that in the continuing spirit of commemorating Mahakavi Subramania Bharati's birth anniversary each year, DoSEL is pleased to announce the celebration of 'Bharatiya Bhasha Utsav 2025', on 11th December 2025. The theme for this year, "Many Languages, One Emotion' embodies the spirit of unity and shared cultural identity that threads together India's vast and varied linguistic heritage. This celebration is a tribute to Mahakavi Bharati's enduring legacy and seeks to promote and honour the linguistic diversity that enriches the nation's cultural fabric.
